Information and Help Desk
There is an airport ambassadors information booth (tel: 775 328 6870) available in the Arrivals area.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone:
ATMs can be found on each concourse, in the lobby and in baggage claim.
Eating and drinking: There are several restaurants and coffee around the terminal; fast-food is available in the Food Court and on the concourses.
Shopping: The airport has many shops, including newsagents, gift stores, golf, clothing and sweets; duty-free is available on Concourse C.
Luggage services: Left-luggage and baggage lockers have been discontinued. Baggage trolleys are available. There is also a lost and found service (e-mail: lostandfound@renoairport.com).
Other facilities: There are AED units (defibrillators) installed throughout the terminal.

Conference and Business Facilities
Conference facilities are provided by the nearby hotels, including the Best Western Airport Plaza (tel: 775 348 6370), which is located opposite the airport; it owns a business centre, five boardroom-style meeting rooms and conference facilities accommodating up to 320 people; audiovisual equipment and computer data ports are available.

Disabled Facilities
The airport is well equipped for passengers with disabilities. There are elevators and ramps throughout the airport; dedicated spaces are provided in airport car parks. Disabled toilets are available. Assistance is available on request for all disabled passengers, although passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance are recommended to inform their airline prior to travel. There are also height-adjusted telephones throughout the airport, which can be used by people in a wheelchair.
